  1. 1.Introduction

This private policy is explain the general terms of Oncall Delivery Services (Company no.CA0291365-v) regarding the collection and processing of your personal data by ONCALL. ONCALL is committed to the protection of your personal data and compliance of all applicable personal data protection laws and regulations in Malaysia.

 

  1. 2.Personal data

Personal Data” is any information which can be used to identify you or from which you are identifiable. This includes but is not limited to your name, nationality, telephone number, bank and credit card details, personal interests, email address, your image, government-issued identification numbers, biometric data, race, date of birth, marital status and religion.

 

2.1 Notice Statement 

Oncall collects Personal Information from you when you register with Oncall APP, when you order goods or services from Oncall APP or use the Website such as but not limited to your name, address, telephone number, NRIC/passport no., email address and credit/debit card details.

Information of your company such as name, registration number, company address, copy of your company registration form 9, form 24 and form 49 and also such other data necessary for the purposes which the personal data is collected. Oncall also collects Personal Information when you complete any customer survey. Website usage information may also be collected using cookies.
The provision of your Personal Information is voluntary. However, in the event you do not provide the required Personal Information, Oncall may not be able to communicate with you and/or to provide you with the services requested.

The personal data provided by you to Oncall may, if required, be disclosed to the following classes of third parties:

i) Oncall’s sub-contractors or third party service or product providers as may be  determined by Oncall to be necessary or appropriate;

Ii) Financial institutions for purposes of facilitating payments and/or maintaining financial records in connection with the business or contract relationship between Oncall  and you and/or your company;

Iii) Government agencies and strategic partners that work with Oncall  in connection with Oncall’s business activities;

Iv) Agents, contractors, auditors, consultants, accountants, insurers, lawyers or other financial or professional advisers of Oncall;

v) Regulatory bodies, government bodies or other authorities if required or authorized to do so to discharge any regulatory function under any law or in relation to any order or judgment of a court;

vi) Any person to whom Oncall is compelled or required to do so under the law  

 

2.3The personal data provided by you to Oncall may be processed by Oncall for the following purposes:-

i) To administer the business or contractual relationship between Oncall  and you and/or your company

ii) To communicate with you and/or your company;

Iii) To administer customer relationship management procedures;

Iv) To provide you with information about the activities, products, services and programmes that may be organized, managed, facilitated, provided, sponsored and/or participated by Oncall;

v) To provide you with information about the products, services and programmes offered by selected third parties that may interest you;

Vi) To facilitate payment in connection with the business or contractual dealings between Oncall  and you and/or your company;  

Vii) To conduct research and/or prepare reports/statistics for purpose of Oncall  business activities;

Viii) To comply with any legal or regulatory requirements applicable to Oncall and to make disclosure under the requirements of any law, regulation, direction, court order, by-law, guideline, circular or code applicable to Oncall,

Viiii). For recruitment of employees;

X). For Oncall’s internal record keeping; and/or

Xi) Other lawful business activities of Oncall’s

 

3.Protection of Personal Data

We will take reasonable legal, organizational and technical measures to ensure that your personal data is protected. This includes measures to prevent data from getting lost, or used or accessed in an unauthorized way. We limit access to your personal data to our employees on a need to know basis. Those processing your personal data will only do so in an authorized manner and are required to treat your information with confidentiality. 

Nevertheless, please understand that the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted through any online means, therefore, any transmission remains at your own risk.

This statement may be revised and updated from time to time. 

Oncall shall have the right to modify, update or amend the terms of this Policy at any time by placing the updated Policy on the Websites. By continuing to use the Services, purchase products from Oncall or continuing to communicate or engage with oncall following the modifications, updates or amendments to this Policy, you signify your acceptance of such modifications, updates or amendments.
